• Impeller repairs: Large impeller (rotor) rebuilding and balancing. Bodies repaired by welding, custom expoxies and on site urethane; during our impeller repair process, we will, if possible, restore diameter, correct pitch, fine-tune both leading and trailing edges and rework wear-rings. We can blueprint your impellers and, at customer's request, keep records from year to year to ensure sizing continuity. In many cases, we are also able to re-pitch impellers.
